Welcome to the Lord of Lords Music website!

Angela NjokuWelcome to the world of Lord of Lords Music!  My name is Angela Njoku, I am the founder and primary music artist.  I have a passion for Christ, young people and music.  In this website, you will find information about my music (reggae, hiphop, gospel) and about my ministry to young adults and about health, nutrition and you.  I enjoy what I do and I have such a big passion for praise!

Let me tell you a little bit about me.  I was born in Nigeria to humble parents in Lagos.  My father is a lawyer and my mother is an accountant by profession. My mother was a youth pastor and now is a parish pastor with the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Nigeria.  I started singing in church when I was seven and was brought up to love the Lord and to appreciate a good education.

I gave my life to Christ when I was fifteen, at Queen’s College Yaba, Lagos.  The Lord has been gracious to me.  He brought me to the United States in my teens and it was chaotic.  My parents were not around, so there was a freedom to do ‘whatever.’  This is not always good as I found out. I strayed from the Lord in little ways but He brought me back to Him gently and led me with his ‘rod and staff’ (Psalm 23).  He led me through medical school in the US, though it was not an easy road.

I released my first gospel album at Madison Square Garden in 2005 to say, “Thank you” to God for taking me through medical school and  fulfilling a lifetime dream I have always had.  I am passionate about helping others achieve their dreams, that is why I try to reach out to youths.  My second album, Lord of Lords, is a jammin’ CD that combines reggae, hiphop and R 'n B in a way that will get you dancing to God before you know it.  I have performed from it in Las Vegas, Detroit, before the RCCG General Overseer, Pastor E.A. Adeboye, and many others.

Information about the Lord of Lords CD is available here. You can also watch my dance videos, many performances, concert clips, etc on this website.  If you come back regularly, you will get free songs, free T-shirts and information about concerts and savvy health and nutrition tid-bits you would not find anywhere else.  Don’t forget to read and comment on my blogs, and send me emails about your thoughts and concerns.

Anje’l (Dr Angela Njoku).
